Introducing our WIKITEERS

At WikihouseNZ we understand our success very much depends on the valued contributions of our WikiTeers (Wikihouse volunTeers). Through this and future newsletters, we would like to introduce our team to you. First up, is WikiTeer Jane Webb, our General Manager. We asked Jane...

Jane Webb

What is your 'day job'? "Currently I call myself a business coach, principally because I have this passion for helping other business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses into strong, lean, robust enterprises. My other passion, which dovetails completely with the first is team culture development. No business is ever going to be successful until the owner and then the team understand the fundamental importance of building a healthy culture through exemplary leadership. Otherwise you'll find me developing my other business and entrepreneurial interests."

" Why did you decide to become a WikiTeer?" "A long held fascination with how a modular housing alternative would make it easier for people to get into first homes and expand as necessary drew me to the Wikihouse project. The same passion I have for helping all businesses drives me to help these guys in making a successful business around  their product."

"What do you hope to contribute?" "I hope that my contribution of knowledge, enthusiasm and leadership will help all who play a part in the WikihouseNZ project to develop themselves, those around them and the project as a whole."
Thank you Jane. Your leadership is greatly appreciated..
